The display should automatically update to reflect the pagination for each footer. The footer you created it in and paste it into the others. If you're not using the 'same as previous' option, you can copy the footer paragraph containing the page #s from

If your other 'first page' headers have the 'same as previous' option set, the fields (with the appropriate numbering) should appear there to. You should now see either an odd page # on the left or an even page # on the right.
